Title 41. Landlord and Tenant
§41-1. Who deemed tenant at will.
Universal Citation: 41 OK Stat § 41-1 (2019)
Any person in the possession of real property, with the assent of the owner, is presumed to be a tenant at will, unless the contrary is shown, except as herein otherwise provided.
