Title 30. Guardian and Ward
§30-1-119. Powers of guardian.
Universal Citation: 30 OK Stat § 30-1-119 (2019)
A guardian has only those powers over the person or the property of the ward, or both such person and property, as ordered by the court pursuant to this title.
