Title 26. Elections
§26-16-109. Coercion prohibited.

Universal Citation: 26 OK Stat § 26-16-109 (2019)

Any person who, by means of coercion, providing false or misleading information or any other method, knowingly attempts to prevent a qualified elector from becoming registered, or a registered voter from voting, shall be deemed guilty of a felony.
