Title 21. Crimes and Punishments
§21-1366. Offenders - Where tried.
Universal Citation: 21 OK Stat § 21-1366 (2019)
Any person charged with a violation of the preceding section may be tried in any county in this state in which such violation may have occurred, or may be discovered.
