§2-5-4.5. Violations.
Universal Citation: 2 OK Stat § 2-5-4.5 (2019)
Violation of Section 4 of the Home Bakery Act of 2013 shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
