§17-344. Refusal to admit inspector - Penalties.

A. Any dealer in or manufacturer or other person in possession of regulated substances who refuses to admit an inspector upon the premises to perform the duties of the inspector shall, for each refusal to admit on his or her premises, or obstruction offered to an inspector, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day per violation and imprisonment for ninety (90) days, or both, for each offense.

B. Any person who owns or has custody of any measuring device who shall refuse to admit employees of the Corporation Commission upon his or her premises so far as it may be necessary for the performance of their duties, or shall obstruct such employees in the performance of their duties, shall for each separate offense be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
