Title 84. Wills and Succession
§84-170. Words referring to survivorship.
Words in a will referring to death or survivorship, simply, relate to the time of the testator's death, unless possession is actually postponed, when they must be referred to the time of possession. R.L. 1910, Sec. 8400.
