Title 64. Public Lands
§64-1070. Leasing authorized.
Universal Citation: 64 OK Stat § 64-1070 (2018)
The Commissioners of the Land Office are hereby authorized to lease for oil and gas purposes all lands between mean high-water mark in all streams or rivers of two (2) chains or over. All the streams are declared the property of the State of Oklahoma.
