Title 64. Public Lands
§64-1027. Statutes of limitation - Prosecutions.
Universal Citation: 64 OK Stat § 64-1027 (2018)
The prosecution for any of the felonies or offenses defined in this act shall not be barred by the statutes of limitations until three (3) years after the discovery of the act.
