Title 59. Professions and Occupations
§59-1338. Use of telephone.
Universal Citation: 59 OK Stat § 59-1338 (2018)
Each person arrested shall have an opportunity to use the telephone to call his attorney and bondsman before being placed in jail, or within six (6) hours thereafter.
