Title 59. Professions and Occupations
§59-1212. Ineligibility for registration.

(A) No person shall qualify as a registered forester unless the person graduated from a university or college with a curriculum in forestry acceptable to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, including one three-credit course in each of the following subjects: silviculture, forest protection, forest management, forest economics, and forest utilization, and who has a record of an additional two (2) years or more of experience in forestry work of a character satisfactory to the Department, and indication that the applicant is competent to practice professional forestry.

(B) No person shall be eligible for registration as a registered forester who is not of good character and reputation.
