Title 58. Probate Procedure
§58-524. Representative not chargeable with uncollected debts.
Universal Citation: 58 OK Stat § 58-524 (2018)
No executor or administrator is accountable for any debts due to the decedent, if it appears that they remain uncollected without his fault.
