§47-2-305.3. Increase in benefits.
Universal Citation: 47 OK Stat § 47-2-305.3 (2018)
Any person receiving benefits from the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System as of June 30, 1993, shall receive a two and one-half percent (2 1/2%) increase in said benefits on July 1, 1994.
