§47-1021. Acceptance of rides - Payments.
Universal Citation: 47 OK Stat § 47-1021 (2018)
A. Transportation network companies shall implement a policy requiring TNC drivers to exclusively accept rides booked through a TNC's digital network or software application service and prohibiting solicitation of street hails or acceptance of unsolicited street hails.
B. TNCs shall implement a policy prohibiting solicitation or acceptance of cash payments from passengers. Any payment for prearranged rides shall be made only electronically using the TNC's digital network or software application.
