§4-134. Land "owner" defined.
Universal Citation: 4 OK Stat § 4-134 (2018)
For the purposes of this article, the owner, homesteader, tenant, or other person in the possession of, or cultivating the land trespassed upon, shall be deemed to be the owner thereof.
