§3A-713.1. Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund - Appropriations dedicated to reading or STEM programs.
Universal Citation: 3A OK Stat § 3A-713.1 (2018)
The portion of lottery annual net proceeds deposited to the Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund that exceeds Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000.00) shall be appropriated by the Legislature on a cash basis to be allocated by the State Department of Education to public schools based on the audited end-of-year average daily membership in grades PK-12 during the preceding school year for the purpose of implementing prekindergarten-through-third-grade reading intervention initiatives or science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs.
