Title 22. Criminal Procedure
§22-1262. Seized property - Officer guilty of penalty, when.
Universal Citation: 22 OK Stat § 22-1262 (2018)
Any officer failing to comply with Section One of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) or more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and imprisoned in the county jail not less than thirty (30) days or more than sixty (60) days for each offense.
