§21-434. Attempt to escape from penitentiary.

Universal Citation: 21 OK Stat § 21-434 (2018)

Every prisoner confined in the penitentiary for a term less than for life, who attempts by force or fraud, although unsuccessfully, to escape from such prison, shall be guilty of a felony.
