Title 19. Counties and County Officers
§19-120. Violation of statute - Penalty.
Universal Citation: 19 OK Stat § 19-120 (2018)
If any such treasurer or clerk shall willfully disregard any of the provisions of this article, he shall be fined in a sum not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and be removed from office.
