Title 84. Wills and Succession
§84-151. Intention of testator governs.
Universal Citation: 84 OK Stat § 84-151 (2017)
A will is to be construed according to the intention of the testator. Where his intention cannot have effect to its full extent, it must have effect as far as possible. R.L. 1910, Sec. 8381.
