Title 45. Mines and Mining
§45-737. Governmental agencies to conform.
Universal Citation: 45 OK Stat § 45-737 (2017)
Any municipal or county governmental agency or body engaged in mining as defined in this act shall conform to all requirements of this act respecting reclamation of affected lands.
