Title 37A. Alcoholic Beverage
§37A-6-124. Permitting a person to be drunk or intoxicated on licensed premises - Penalties

Any licensee permitting a person to be drunk or intoxicated on the licensee's licensed premises shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction punishable by a fine in an amount not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

NOTE: This section shall become effective October 1, 2018, upon certification of election returns favoring passage of the Constitutional Amendment proposed in Senate Joint Resolution No. 68 of the 2nd Session of the 55th Oklahoma Legislature.
