§37-600.1. Short title - Prevention of Youth Access to Tobacco Act

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Prevention of Youth Access to Tobacco Act".
Added by Laws 1994, c. 137, § 2, eff. July 1, 1994. Renumbered as § 1-229.11 of Title 63 by Laws 2016, c. 366, § 170, eff. Oct. 1, 2018.
NOTE: This section shall be renumbered upon certification of election returns favoring passage of the Constitutional Amendment proposed in Senate Joint Resolution No. 68 of the 2nd Session of the 55th Oklahoma Legislature, Laws 2016, c. 366, §§ 170, 198, eff. October 1, 2018.
