Title 37. Intoxicating Liquors
§37-215. Licenses not issued for prohibited places

No original or renewal license shall be issued, pursuant to the laws of this state, to any applicant for the sale of such beverages defined in Section 1 hereof, at any place wherein the sale of such beverages is forbidden in Section 1 and Section 2 of this act.

NOTE: This section shall be repealed upon certification of election returns favoring passage of the Constitutional Amendment proposed in Senate Joint Resolution No. 68 of the 2nd Session of the 55th Oklahoma Legislature, Laws 2016, c. 366, §§ 169, 198, eff. October 1, 2018.
