§37-163.25. Sale of low-point beer in motion picture theaters

No retail license or permit to sell low-point beer shall be issued for any establishment that functions as a motion picture theater. If an establishment, which has functioned for some other purpose, has been licensed to sell such beverages and subsequently is operated as a motion picture theater, the license or permit shall be revoked.

Added by Laws 1989, c. 340, § 2, emerg. eff. June 3, 1989. Amended by Laws 1995, c. 274, § 35, eff. Nov. 1, 1995. Repealed by Laws 2016, c. 366, § 169, eff. Oct. 1, 2018.

NOTE: This section shall be repealed upon certification of election returns favoring passage of the Constitutional Amendment proposed in Senate Joint Resolution No. 68 of the 2nd Session of the 55th Oklahoma Legislature, Laws 2016, c. 366, §§ 169, 198, eff. October 1, 2018.
