Title 30. Guardian and Ward
§30-2-113. When power of guardian appointed by parent ceases.

The power of a guardian appointed for a minor ceases upon:

1. The removal of the guardian;

2. The solemnized marriage of the ward; or

3. The ward's attaining majority.
