Title 30. Guardian and Ward
§30-2-107. Guardian in charge of education.
Universal Citation: 30 OK Stat § 30-2-107 (2017)
If the minor has no father or mother living who is competent to have charge of the education of the minor, the guardian appointed by the court shall have the same.
