§74-325.4. Firefighter Training Revolving Fund.

74 OK Stat § 74-325.4 (2016) What's This?

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Office of the State Fire Marshal to be designated the "Firefighter Training Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of monies received by the Office of the State Fire Marshal from the General Revenue Fund or any source pursuant to the provisions of any law or agreement. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office of the State Fire Marshal for payment of the firefighter training programs through Oklahoma State University Fire Service Training. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
