§73-98.7. Financial report - Termination of commission, transfer of powers.

73 OK Stat § 73-98.7 (2016) What's This?

A. The Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration Commission shall submit a financial report of the activities of the Commission to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate by March 31, 2008. The financial report shall include a summary and accounting of all centennial projects and activities funded by the Commission, the final budget for the Commission, a list of any outstanding or anticipated obligations, and the anticipated balance of any monies remaining after July 1, 2008, in any funds designated for the Commission.

B. Upon termination of the Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration Commission on July 1, 2008, any remaining rights and responsibilities of the Commission, including the rights and responsibilities of the Oklahoma Capitol Complex and Centennial Commemoration Commission Revolving Fund created in Section 98.5 of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be transferred to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. The transfer shall include all property, furniture, equipment, supplies, records, current and future liabilities, fund balances, encumbrances, obligations, and indebtedness associated with the Commission on July 1, 2008.
