Title 27A. Environment and Natural Resources
§27A-3-3-405. Fund created.

27A OK Stat § 27A-3-3-405 (2016) What's This?

There is hereby created a revolving fund to be known as the Small Watersheds Flood Control Fund. Said fund shall consist of all monies appropriated to, deposited in or credited to said fund.
