§25-1506.8. Attorney fees.
25 OK Stat § 25-1506.8 (2016) What's This?
A court in a civil action brought pursuant to Section 1101 et seq. of this title may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party and assess court costs against the nonprevailing party.
