Title 14. Congressional and Legislative Districts
§14-6.4. Effective dates of act provisions.
The Congressional Districts described in the Oklahoma Congressional Redistricting Act of 2011 shall become effective at the beginning of the terms of the members of the United States House of Representatives elected at the General Election in November 2012; provided, however, the State Election Board shall conduct the elections for such offices in 2012 in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Congressional Redistricting Act of 2011.
