§63-3227.1. Monies transferred from Authority to Trust - Repayment.

63 OK Stat § 63-3227.1 (2015) What's This?

Any monies transferred by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services pursuant to Section 18, Chapter 287, O.S.L. 1997, from the University Hospitals Authority to the University Hospitals Trust Revolving Fund created by Section 3227 of this title shall be repaid by the Trust to the University Hospitals Authority Disbursing Fund created by Section 3221 of this title on or before December 31, 2002.
