Title 59. Professions and Occupations
§59-353.6. Meetings for examination of applicants - Notice.
Meetings for the examination of applicants for licensing and granting of certificates shall be held at least one time each year at a time and place to be fixed by the State Board of Pharmacy. At least ten (10) days' notice shall be publicly given of the time and place of each meeting at which there is an examination of applicants for licensure.
