§59-2095.25. Reporting of violations and enforcement actions.

59 OK Stat § 59-2095.25 (2015) What's This?

Notwithstanding or subject to state privacy law, the Administrator of Consumer Credit is required to regularly report violations of this act as well as enforcement actions and other relevant information to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry subject to the provisions contained in Section 25 of this act.
