Title 43A. Mental Health
§43A-2-305. Authorization to purchase.
Facilities within the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services are hereby authorized to purchase ambulances, handicapped-equipped transportation vehicles, buses and fire fighting equipment, including fire trucks, from funds available for the operating expenses of the institutions.
