§40-3-103. Computation - Percentage of wages payable.
COMPUTATION - PERCENTAGE OF WAGES PAYABLE.
Beginning January 1, 2016, each employer, unless otherwise prescribed in Sections 3-111, 3-111.1, 3-701 or 3-801 of this title or Section 14 of this act, shall pay contributions equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) of taxable wages paid by the employer with respect to employment.
