§36-1146. Withholding or providing false or fraudulent information - Prohibition - Punishment.

36 OK Stat § 36-1146 (2015) What's This?

A. No person shall willfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the Insurance Commissioner, or any advisory organization designated by the Commissioner, which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this act.

B. A person convicted of violating this section shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment of not more than three (3) years or by both such fine and imprisonment.
