§26-22-106. Reason for failure to count to be noted.

26 OK Stat § 26-22-106 (2015) What's This?

In a declared election emergency, if a ballot or part of a ballot is not counted for any reason, a counter shall write said reason on the back of said ballot, and sign said statement.
