§19-215.19. Office of county attorney abolished.

19 OK Stat § 19-215.19 (2015) What's This?

The office of the county attorney in and for each county in Oklahoma is hereby abolished, to become effective when the district attorney, as provided for in this act, shall be elected and qualified.
