Title 11. Cities and Towns
§11-2-102. Name of incorporated town or city.

11 OK Stat § 11-2-102 (2015) What's This?

An incorporated municipality may be known as the:

1. "City of _________"; or

2. "Town of _________";

but no municipality which changes its name or incorporates shall adopt the name of an existing municipality in this state.
