Title 10A. Children and Juvenile Code
§10A-2-5-201. Short title - Implementation date.
Sections 2-5-201 through 2-5-213 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the "Youthful Offender Act". The Youthful Offender Act shall be implemented beginning January 1, 1998.
