§74-5003.6. Powers and duties of Department.

74 OK Stat § 74-5003.6 (2014) What's This?

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall have, exercise and perform those powers and duties necessary to implement and accomplish the statutorily stated mission and purpose of the Department.
