§74-1384. Wellness Program Fund.
There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to be designated the "Wellness Program Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all monies received by the Wellness Council division of the Office from money received through grants, donations, contributions and gifts from any public or private source and transfer of funds from the Benefits Council Administration Revolving Fund as approved by the Office. The Wellness Council may expend funds as provided for by law. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
