§63-1-1440.2. Exemption from licensing requirements.

63 OK Stat § 63-1-1440.2 (2014) What's This?

A person operating a home food establishment shall be exempt from the licensing requirements of the State Department of Health. The Department, however, shall be permitted to request written documentation in order to verify the gross annual sales of a home food establishment.
