§62-703. Purchase of self-liquidating facilities.

The Regents are authorized to negotiate for the purchase of self-liquidating facilities for which payment may be made from the fund to meet space needs of institutions as necessary for meeting educational program operating requirements as determined by space utilization studies which are regularly conducted by the State Regents at institutions in the State System.
