§59-1350.20. CLEET Bail Enforcement Revolving Fund.

59 OK Stat § 59-1350.20 (2014) What's This?

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training to be designated the "CLEET Bail Enforcement Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all application fees, license fees, renewal fees, late fees, administrative fines, and other funds assessed or collected pursuant to the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Council for the implementation, administration and enforcement of the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of State Finance for approval and payment.
