NOTE: Entire Oklahoma Minimum Wages on Public Works Act was held unconstitutional by City of Oklahoma City v. State ex rel. Oklahoma Dept. of Labor, Okla., 918 P.2d (1995), corrected, supplemented on rehearing, as impermissibly delegating legislative power in violation of State Constitution and; valid sections of the Act, standing alone, were imcomplete and incapable of being exercised in accordance with legislative intent.
