§10-601.67. Children with Disabilities Comprehensive Systems of Services Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Board of Regents for the University of Oklahoma on behalf of the Department of Pediatrics, Child Study Center for Sooner SUCCESS to be designated the "Children with Disabilities Comprehensive Systems of Services Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of those monies appropriated to the fund by law or deposited in the fund pursuant to Section 3 of this act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by Sooner SUCCESS for the purpose of coordinating a statewide comprehensive system of health, social and educational services for Oklahoma children and youth with special needs in accordance with Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Title V programs for Children with Special Health Care Needs. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
