§10-1430.38. Liability of receiver - Bond.

10 OK Stat § 10-1430.38 (2014) What's This?

A. A receiver may be held liable in a personal capacity only for the receiver's own gross negligence, intentional acts or breaches of fiduciary duty.

B. The court may require a receiver to post a bond.
